Thank you for enrolling in one of Sonya’s programs. These policies are here to ensure that you have a clear understanding of what to expect, and to create a safe, supportive container for your growth and learning.
Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.
- Course access details (login, materials, schedules) will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.
- Access is intended for the purchaser only. Sharing logins, downloads, or course materials with others is not permitted.
Payment & Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
- For programs with a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you choose not to continue with the course.
- In the rare event that Sonya must cancel a program, you will receive a full refund.
Attendance & Participation
- For live calls and trainings, we recommend attending in real-time whenever possible to receive the full benefit.
- Replays will be made available when applicable, but cannot be guaranteed for every live session.
- Your participation is a reflection of the energy you bring—please show up with respect for your own process and for the group container.
Confidentiality & Respect
- All group programs are confidential spaces. Please respect the privacy of others and do not share personal stories or experiences outside the container.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
Intellectual Property
- All course content, including videos, audios, written materials, and exercises, are copyrighted and owned by Sonya Lee.
- Materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
